This website is run by Aurion Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13436046. Our registered office is 30 Tickford Street, Milton Keynes, MK16 9EY, England. You can contact us at hello@aurionlabs.io.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Aurion Labs Ltd. "You" means anyone using the website.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this marketing website only. Our privacy policy, cookie policy and risk disclosure also apply to your use of the site.

Access to the Trident software

Option Trident ("Trident") is options analysis and order-management software. The app runs at app.optiontrident.com.

Access to Trident, including trials, pilots and paid plans, is governed by a separate order form or subscription agreement between your organisation and Aurion Labs Ltd. Those documents set out the licence, fees, support, data handling and liability for the software. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement unless the agreement says so. If these terms and your subscription agreement conflict, the subscription agreement wins for anything to do with the software.

Using the site

You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own reference. When you use it, you agree not to:

• break the law or help anyone else break it;
• try to gain access to parts of the site, the server or the Trident app that you are not allowed to reach;
• send viruses, malicious code or spam through our forms;
• copy large parts of the site with automated tools, or put heavy load on it on purpose;
• give false details in our forms or pretend to be someone else.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will always be online or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

Intellectual property

Aurion Labs Ltd owns Trident and the content of this website, including its text, graphics, screenshots, illustrations, code and design, or uses it under licence. These are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not copy, change, republish or sell any part of the site, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission. Names of other companies and products on the site, including Interactive Brokers and tastytrade, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

No investment advice

Trident is software. Nothing on this website is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Aurion Labs Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not give regulated advice or arrange deals. Our risk disclosure explains the risks of trading options.

Accuracy of content

The site describes what Trident does. Prices, payoff graphs, crash scenarios, Greeks and other figures shown on the site are illustrative examples produced by models. They are not live market data and are not a forecast. Do not rely on them to make trading decisions.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but features change over time. If anything on the site differs from your subscription agreement or the product documentation, those documents apply.

Prices and offers on the site

Plan prices and offers shown on the site are a guide. They are not an offer that you can accept by using the website. A subscription only starts when an order form or subscription agreement is signed. We may change prices and offers on the site at any time, but a change does not affect an agreement already signed.

Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as broker sites or regulators. We include these for information only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to that, and because the website is provided free of charge for information:

• we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, including trading losses;
• we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
• we are not liable for loss caused by viruses or other harmful material that reaches your device through the site, where we have taken reasonable care to prevent it.

If you are a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

Our liability for the Trident software is set out in your subscription agreement, not in these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check this page when you use the site, because the version in force at that time applies.
